Issues With Weather Widgets\Desktops

I have been using Desktop X for years now but have come into an error that I am unable to resolve.

When loading a weather widget or a desktop – I get a Zip Code Error dialog Box indicating that the zip code is incorrect.

The code inside the box, is the code 48152. If I try to change the zip code into a correct one, it again indicates that the code is incorrect with selection of either ok or cancel. Neither buttons change the dialog box and the desktop cant load until the dialog box disappears so I end up in a loop and no matter which code is entered, it still chooses the 48512 code then indicates it is incorrect

I have cleared my Current Theme, Gadget Cache and Widget Caches and have even uninstalled and then reinstalled the application but the error remains.

Please can you assist as I am unable to use Desktop X or load any weather related widgets
