Am I alone in suffering continual errors with Impulse?

The old Stardock Central was fairly reliable for me but since the move to Impulse, I've had nothing but issues. After installing the software and updating all my registrations, it continually finds some of my registrations "invalid", wont add or update - only partially downloads all the "My Colors" desktops and once I have them finally working, only loses them the next time I log in..

Sometimes I try to even start impulse, only to get a variety of error messages whereby I completely uninstall, then reinstall, only to have it work correctly on a couple of occasions prior to falling over again - rinse cycle and repeat

Nothing too strange about my configuration - just simple XP so why all the hassle?

The Stardock root database server had a hardware crash on Christmas eve. The DB admins are working on restoring it but some services will be affected including customer database updating, software updating and downloading and other services.  We do not currently have an ETA to solve due to limited personnel being available on Christmas eve / Christmas day but it should be rectified within the next 48 hours.

Note: All users who purchase anything between December 24 and the time this issue is rectified will be receiving a 33% off coupon on all future purchases as a token of appreciation for your patience.
